Which PAM will it be?

Hello folks...so today my H-factory 111's low-beat POS movement finally died, after 4 months. Knowing that this will happen sooner or later, I am not too surprised and began to work on Plan B for the watch which includes dropping a Swiss 6497 into the case and retaining the dial and hands as they are rather nice. Here is where I can use some of more knowledgeable members - as 6497 is not PAM-decorated, I want to replace the exhibition case back with a solid one. I suppose I can get a custom made one Jacob but I need to know which one to order. So the question is:

What is the PAM model for 111 case and dial but with closed caseback?

111 has a sandwhich dial, I don't think that comes with a closed caseback ,...

There are several models with closed caseback & sausage dial ...
367 , or logo dial like 005 and many others

I could not manage to find a sandwich dial model with closed caseback....
It would be a fantasy model, I guess.

Experts should chime in and shed some light in our brains

The only sandwich dial with a closed caseback that I can think of is a 292, but that's black ceramic and a totally different look.
