Which PAM 111?

Maybe my first PAM, so I have to choose one. I read that the best one is the NOOB V3, but I don't understand the differences of price between the same V3.

Of course I want the 111 with rubber strap, I tried in puretime to search it and i found:

The first two don't even have V3 in the description and they are both M-series. If you really read the information available here, you would know that the Noob V3 is N-series.
