In Short, It Isn't. Looks like the kind of rep you get on holiday, The front tourbillon's are often on these kind of reps as it wows alot of punters when they see it.
I am going to guess the date can go up to 39?
As long as you paid no more than £30 ish then it is what it is. It could last forever or a week.
I have 3 like this. 2 are 10 years in and going strong and the 3rd failed after about 3 months.

nah never bought it, it was actually being sold as a gen on ebay but it just looked wrong to me
