Not much of a gin drinker, but my wife is.

Gunpowder and Fynoderee were two of the nicer G&Ts I'd tried.

I enjoy Aviation Gin, made in Oregon. Here's why: balanced and moderately assertive flavors of juniper/coriander/orange peel/botanicals. I enjoy it in an Aviation Cocktail, Last Word, and Corpse Reviver #2.

Several Japanese gin are terrific, I have tried many boutique ones but probably still prefer a classic Roku.
There also many awesome Australian gins, such as the Four Pillars range (Rare, Rarest and the My New Go-To Gin if you can find it)
And of course Tanqueray is always a safe bet

I used to drink Gin when I was younger, than the Gin-Boom started in Germany and everyone and their moms started making Gins. After a time i just had enough of it. But what i still like and drink, without any tonic, just some ice and a slice of lime: Monkey 47. My absolute favorite, love the taste.
When I just want to drink something without making myself a fancy cocktail after a hard day of work: GinSTR with Qyuzu Tonic Water.

I love a gin and slim. Used to make it a mission to try something new each time I visited a bar, but the explosion in gin over the years has now made this nigh on impossible (I’d run out of money to spend on reps!).

Aviation is lovely and smooth.
Hendricks with a slice of cucumber.
Roku and some ginger ‘matchsticks’ to be different.
Martin Miller, cut strawberries and some cracked black pepper (I claim this as my own before bars started coining it a ‘cocktail’).
Brockmans and slices of blood orange.
So many come to mind… the botanicals though are key 🥴

Gin & Tonic has been my drink of choice since I started drinking in my late teens ( that sounds bad, but you know what I mean), which was an unusual choice in the UK at that time. I was never a beer guy and whilst I enjoy wines, Gin is still my go to drink of choice, whether its as a good old G&T or a gin based cocktail ( especially partial to a Negroni).
Now of course, Gin is enjoying a massive renaissance which is a delight for me..! As @CurioLeo said, there are some wonderful Japanese gins around - Roku is great and if you can find it KI-No-Bi dry gin is gorgeous as well.

I know this is a watch forum and there are plenty of eyecandy and wrist shot threads around…perhaps we should have a ‘show us what what watch are you wearing while enjoying your drink’ thread…
Cheers..!
