Trustytime and Chazingtime have a KOR made 38mm Navitimer 1. Based on the pictures, the Slide Rule looks more like a white rather than a cream. Trusty also offers a SW200 movement for an extra $120. Im still doing more research but hopefully someone can chime in or an owner can post photos for comparison.
I saw that V7F was on the Super Rep List but that was for the 41mm. Not sure if it translates to the 38mm.
Some more details i've noticed is that the KOR 38mm in blue has noticeably less of a sunburst effect (almost none) and tighter/less blotchy dial print. The blue also seems to be darker and have a purple hue to it.
Total Findings so far based on Breitling website pics, Trusty Time pics, JTime pics, Chazingtime pics, and Trusty Time video:
KOR:
Pros
- Better Dial Print than TF
Cons
- Slide Rule is more of a White than a Cream colour
- Slide Rule black print is blacker than Gen. Gen seems more like a charcoal.
- Less Sunburst effect than Gen. Almost none
- Blue dial is darker and more purple than Gen
TF:
Pros
- Slide Rule colour looks comparable to Gen
- Sunburst effect closer to Gen than KOR.
Cons
- Slide Rule black print is blacker than Gen. Gen seems more like a charcoal.
- Dial Print is blotchy. Especially noticeable in macros
- Dial is darker than Gen. Leans towards Navy blue

So far, it looks like TF is closer to Gen overall. On a small 38mm watch with such a busy dial, it'd take a real expert or enthusiast to notice the print deficiencies. It looks like the blue sunburst would be the biggest giveaway for both options from afar.
