Which is the Best factory for Rolex Day Date ?

Helio together,

I want to buy a Rolex day Date in good Quality.
I prefer the 2836 movement, at the Moment i have contact with 2 td the First offer me a day Date from the bp Factory But the Dial is Not exactly the Color wanted to have. And the Second td offers me a day Date from the es Factory. The Second watch has exactly the Color I want but I don‘t know the Factory. So I‘m Not sure what to do.

Maybe someone got dome Informations to help me with my decission.

BP factory has good DD reps. Maybe you show the TD which dial you're looking for and see if he can get it. Also, you don't say which size you're looking for- 36mm or 40/41mm. Gold can be another hang up- maybe go with SS to rep white gold, that way you don't have to worry about the gold plating wearing off.

Go for the BP. Gold plating now a days Is fine and you don’t need to worry about the plating rubbing off. Just make sure to clean and wipe it down every now and again. This will help prolong the plating.
