the one on the right is tight to the case and has a shallow dish.
the one on the left is away from the case a little and has a deep dish.

Well, neither is *great*, but I agree with the left. It's a bit thin, but the one on the right is the old "Ultimate 001B" from Angus and others. It has too few teeth and is completely un-beveled on the inside of the crown.

The left crown is the lesser of two evils.

left crown also looks like you might need to shave the crown tube to bring the crown a little closer to the case...
