which is better - more accurate looking?

Hi, I'm not familiar wit the terminology, out of the two below, which is considered the better version / more accurate one (look wise)?

best-edition (178$ with bracelet):

v4-version (298$ with bracelet & leather strap):

pricing wise it seems the latter is the better one, but the name (best edition) implies the first is better.

yes second one is better. Better movement, sapphire crystal are the big differences.
