Hi everyone, I am now considering to get a Rolex OP Tiffany blue dial . I need some advice of dial color. Base on Tiffany color, Clean or Vsf or ewf ,which factory do the best on dial color?

Hopefully someone here has bought all 3 and can do a direct comparison of them for you...
I just remembered... I bought the DHGate Factory version of the OP Tiffany 36 for my Dad about a year ago. He's 94, and he loves it. The watch was about £40 - so when he dropped the first one and broke the crystal, instead of bothering to replace the crystal I just bought him a complete replacement watch (and told him I replaced the crystal at great personal expense in materials and time).
Anyhoo, if I was buying one of these for me (or Mrs. Pops), I'd go for BP. BP always nail dials.

Yes, BPf is the factory.
Usually, every TD should be able to source it, if you ask. (But i don't know if BP also does the 41mm version of the watch - not sure about that).
