Which factory for this Skydweller (on TheOneWatches)

I'm wondering what factory makes the Skydwellers with Jubilee bracelets, on TheOneWatches.io

I don't think it's noob because, I don't think noob can be found on Jubilee.

Does anyone know if the month is functional on these models? (i.e. does the fluted bezel operate the "red square" near the hour markers)
