Which ETA?

Hi,
I have a Rep with movement described as 'Asian 7750 Vajioux Working Chronograph movement' - Tag Carrera Racing from Lay.

I understand this is a cheaper version of the Swiss ETA, but on searching for Swiss ETA's there appear to be quite a few different ones!

How can I find which ETA would be able to replace my Asia 7750 (should I want to some time in the future)

Apologies in advance if I missed an obvious FAQ explaining this already :facepalm:
