I like the PAM 188 for it's white dial. There are a lot of nice reps out there on the TD sites.
http://www.puretime.co/product/pam196-swiss-eta-7753/ a trusted dealer has a Swiss ETA PAM 196 on their site for $1188.00 USD.
While searching for my 1st PAM purchase I contemplated this REP; however I like Franken and or heavily modded time pieces. I knew I would want to do some mods to the piece still and held out for a member who was selling one.
I am glad I was patient, a few weeks later I picked this one up and it has everything I wanted done :

Hold out for the right REP and you will ensure your happiness and many years of great use from it.
Now back to your question - I guess it depends on your preference - 1st you need to decide black or white dial? I prefer white dials for complicated time pieces since it is a very clean look that can be dressed up or down. Also, White dials give the illusion of a larger dial and this is important for complicated watches so it has an uncluttered look.
Again, your preference will determine this. The TD's has multiple models available all with the A7750 or A7753 movement with the exception of the puretime Swiss ETA 7753 PAM 188.
The PAM 188 REP's with the A7753 are greatly improved over the previous A7750 models - for example the date window has been moved to the correct position and is not recessed due to the improper fitting of the A7750 movement, the CG looks better and has a better fit eliminating the hot glue fix, the crown looks and feels more GEN and have the newer bearing CG. The LUME is better but it is still REP LUME and a new date wheel would be advisable since the font size is off. If you could find a member who has a finepics DW I would purchase.
Of course the mods vary depending on how close you want it to look - to the average person who is not a Panerai Fanatic there would be little distinction between GEN and a REP model.
No matter which model you choose I would recommend you establish a relationship with a local watch smith so you can have the PAM cleaned and serviced so it breaks the movement in properly allowing you better service longevity as well as check for Water Resistance.
Check out the trusted dealer sites comb through the replica watch sales and you are sure to find the REP that meets your needs and has all the things you want.
My only advice especially in the REP world is don't RUSH and have patience; if you do these things you can't go wrong.
Good Luck on your PAM Chrono search!
