Which Black Bay Strap?

I will start this by apologizing for the picture quality. Other than that point, I will sat that I have been wearing it on the Strapped For Time distressed brown strap. It seems quite comfortable.

That being said, I do sort of like NATOs' because I have had watch pins fail in the past. This is a weekend watch, as such it does not need to be suitable for office wear.

Of those, I would go with the Strappedfortime strap. If you have the skill and time, I'd suggest restitching it to match the gen strap; changing the thread colors really makes it look better.
