Where's my PAM catalogue

It must be a couple of months ago that somebody posted the link to the Panerai catalogue-ordering page. I duly ordered mine and have so far received..... Nothing! This same thing happened a couple of years ago. Thundering silence from Panerai. Am I doing something incorrectly? Have they detected that I only buy reps ? Is it because I have ordered from Canada :canuck:? Have any of you received your catalogue? I'm starting to feel downright insecure out here on the West Coast

I've recived my catalogues (2012 and special editions), but I had to make the request 4 times...

my advice is to retry and retry and retry
