Where to source gen BlackBay parts?

I'm in the midst of modding a BlackBay 41mm to remove the date crown position and whilst I'm planning to crack open my watch I'm considering maybe trying to Franken it a little.

As such, I'd like to source a gen Dial, Hands and Bezel.
Any ideas where I could source that at best price?
Or indeed if anyone is open to trading (with cash your way) those parts for a gen Tudor camo NATO?
