Where to source a replacement crown for PAM111?

My PAM has issues so I sent it to Katt.
He says I may need a new crown as the spring in it is worn out.
Anyone has any idea where I can get a replacement crown? Thanks.

Parnis can sell me the replacement crown for an asian 6497.

But the crown in the photo looks hideous. Anyone know if you can detach the stem from the crown and put it on the original crown that came with the watch?
