Where to get replacement crystals for 44mm Marina models?

Do any of our dealers sell replacement sapphire crystals for the 44mm Marina models?

I got a great deal on an an Asian model with a glass crystal. I just know it's going to get damaged the first time I where it, so I want to pick up a Sapphire replacement asap.

I don't want anything fancy - just a stock rep sapphire crystal. Who's got 'em and about how much do they sell for?
