where to get a pre-v buckle PANERAI stamped in 24mm ?

having a hard time trying to find a 24mm pre v buckle. that looks just like my 22mm that came with my 111,
with panerai stamped on it. oh and dont want to pay gen prices... thanks

Have you asked any of the trusted dealers? I suppose they should be able to get them. I'll need few in future too.

Afaik 24mm gen pre-v doesn't exist. It is a fantasy buckle. That was from my own research a few months ago but correct me if I'm wrong.

Also if you go to official Panerai site, there is link on left for Buckles and straps. They do not list the 24mm.

By fantasy buckle you mean buckle of people's fantasies you are correct. HOWEVER THEY DO EXIST.

The modern buckle that most now refer to as PRE-V is just a homage to the real 24nm gen Pre-V buckle that was included on watches and straps made from 1993-1997 (the Pre Vendome era). They are sewn in buckles and they look a little like this:

the modern 24mm "Pre-V" screw in buckle is included on watches with straps measuring 26mm at the lugs and (wait for it....) 24mm at the buckle

No, Panerai did in fact make this buckle for many years. This is NOT a fantasy buckle in 24mm

i know they exist in gen... i have seen them fetch around $100+

dont want to pay 100 for a buckle

anyhow .... cant seem to find any just yet.. i have emailed a few td's that i have dealt with before. but no luck

Uhhhm, nope. Most watches with 26mm straps actually have a 26mm buckle, except maybe for the 422 which has a tapered 26/22mm strap (22mm buckle). The only 24mm buckle currently offered by Panerai is the MX Sewn in buckle which comes on MX straps and special order straps and looks a lot like the above buckles, but no such thing as a Pre-V screw in 24mm buckle!!
