Where to buy Panerai Luminor Due 10.5MM?

Looking for a 10.5MM thick Panerai Luminor Due 42 or 45MM but only ones I can find through TD's are the pre-2016 models that are 14MM thick. Anyone know where to find a PAM 739, 755, 906, 943 904 or 944? Thanks!
