Hello guys

Im looking to buy some very high quality replica sunglasses, I know ioffer is probably the place to go but I did purchase a pair from ioffer and it was utter rubbish. I see that watcheden has a good selection but iv been seeing poor review from watcheden and I don't really want to risk buying from there.

Has anyone purchased any good quality replica sunglasses from anyone recently? Im looking to get the Louis Vuitton Evidence sunglasses if that helps at all.

keep away from that.

replicated stuff that has effects on security or health are a no go.

The protection that rep sunglasses should provide is non existent. please bare that in mind!

You only have one pair of eyes ;)

I got a pair of fake rayban.
Protection issues aside they are also awfully made frames, very heavy, much thicker, of lower grade material and uncomfortable.
Just think of the lenses on those things!
I think I'm slowly changing my mind about rep sunglasses!

Not meaning to disturb your sales, Watcheden, and you do offer QC photo service.

But eye protection is essential, and take it from someone that is affected: In order maintain your eyesight it is highly advisable to only use certified glasses for sunglasses. Maybe buy the frame and exchange the lenses, if you must.

Replica eye protection = fail.

Just like replica infant car seats, replica condoms, or replica heart medication.

Sunglasses are not expensive to begin with, so what is the point?

I just bought a gorgeous pair of Serengeti driving glasses with full spectrum protection, amazing tint, and photochromatic lenses for $89 at Sam's Club. They came with a nice case, soft lint free cloth, and with Sam's I can bring them into the optics department anytime I want for free service or cleaning.

I have a nice pair of Revo glasses that I wear out on the lake and these are somewhere in between $100 and $200.

Rep watches make sense because the genuine article is thousands of dollars. Why buy a shoddy quality replica of a $100 item unless you are simply a brand whore? You can buy really nice quality, full spectrum, non-designer sunglasses for dirt cheap already, or buy the real real designer glasses for $200?

Rep sunglasses just don't make any sense from a value standpoint, plus the safety concern is the deal killer.

I was looking for a pair of Rayban clubmasters, I ended up using camelcamelcamel.com for a price alert set at $60. I got an email Friday at work, granted it was 2.5 months after I set the alert, but scored a pair for $60 with Prime shipping. Eyesight isnt something to mess around with IMO.

I wonder if you can buy replicas and replace the lenses with gen variants.

Regardless, I agree with the consensus. Not only is it better to get UV protection and optical clarity, but don't forget the risk of the rep lenses shattering easily if damaged.

Somebody on this board picked up a UV tester and tested a bunch of rep sunglasses purchased off of AliExpress. They all provided excellent UV protection. Sure there may exists really bad reps that provide none, but the decent to good reps on Ali do.

The cheapest material you can make a lens from is CR-39 plastic. Funny enough, it also has excellent UV protection. So that's why most fake sunglasses are safe.

Yes but a lot of fakes are not CR-39 and that is the point. It's not only UV it's the fact that they are not shatter proof. This applies especially to glass reps such as Rayban, do you know it's safety glass? Will you take the risk? You have one pair of eyes and one only , is it worth it?

Genuine raybans are only 2x as strong as regular glass lenses and NOT recommended to be worn on motorcycles or in sport. It's not like gen's are very good at protecting your eyes from impact either...

Yes but it is the way they shatter that matters.
Go ahead, knock yourselves out but you won't catch me or a lot of others here wearing fake sunnies.

That's a very good point, Boss. Rep sunglasses aren't worth it, because you can get far better sunglasses than Ray Bans for less money. As a pilot, I love Randolph and American optics. The former just breaks the $100 range and the latter are like $70. For a forum that buys fake watches in the range of 4-5x what those sunglasses cost, we could probably afford to spend the money on eye protection.
