All the sites I have seen sell the pam111 as 44" diameter except for timeshops, but the problem with timeshops is..

http://www.timeshops.net/PA6109_-_Paner ... 6-3315.htm

On the bottom, I looked at the other Panerai which was 44" and it says "Swiss"

but the real thing should say "Swiss Made"

So any other place to find a 40" pam111 for a price near $115 that is 40" diameter and says "swiss made" on the bottom of the dial. Thanks!

before one of the members come on that's been here a while or just ignored the post. They tend to not want sites just blurted out they want you to spend the time and use the search bar and research before you buy on your own.
I started off with the reputable dealers. And opened up one page of each to start. Then opened up each brand from each dealer that I wanted to see and compared prices and watches. Then came back here to find out what versions are the best for what I wanted.

Well first off, I did do that, I spent time searching and looking on the panerai forum. Secondly, I looked at reputable dealers.

The problem I'm having is finding a 40" diameter panerai luminor marina that has "swiss made" written on the bottom. I was asking if maybe someone knew where to find it. But thanks again.

Did you send them an email to ask about the markings on the dial?
I followed the link you provided and looked with my 40+ year old eyes and could not tell what was on the bottom of the dial in their pictures.

The 44" version from the same website says "swiss" on the bottom instead of "swiss made", im sure its the same.

I'm not a PAM guy, but I think it's safe to say that the PAM111 is a 44mm case watch. A 40mm PAM111 would be a fantasy watch.

Here you may do more research if you need to: http://www.paneristi.com/

You might like the PAM50, for example.

Hont used to have some 40mm PAMs (o48 and 049). Good hunting.

There are some new 40mm PAM Luminors with a SS bracelet that just hit the market. I would guess either Hont or Precious Time would be good bets to start.

Huh?

It's possible (probable) that "swiss" is appropriate for the particular 44mm model that you looked at. Don't just assume they're all the same.

Email Davidsen (from our dealers' section) - he'll know. And he may be able to get you what you want or suggest another model that has the features you want.
