Where could these be coming from? $155 390/005/411/416/417 but not Noob/H/KW..?

So sead is offering versions of the 390/005/411/416/417 for $155 a piece...but claims that it's not from any factory in particular, not Noob or H or KW (but some parts indicate otherwise...).
They seem to be using KW parts (I think) but at this pricepoint. Although they are using undecorated movements...opinions?

For me the CG lever looks like KW, Am I correct?

What about the lug shape? hard to tell form the photos, but that also looks like KW.

When i visited china the vendor told me there were 4 factories and showed me all 4 pam 111 of each factories. They also have the fake noob factories. I was mind blown.11

Yes they do, they have 3 versions of fake noobs lol. They then show me 3 version of the fakes, all using 6497- the lowest grade the weight isnt' right, the second lowest swan neck regulator is wrong, and the best of the fake noob looks like noob but everything inside the 6497 looks rough. Go figure.

Missed out on this round due to time zone differences and delayed emails. Wanted a 005. What is everyone's feeling about more and more "deals" with un decorated closed case backs from unknown makers popping up?

Seems like with with how quickly these went and how decent they looked we should see this type of deal again.

I think that it gives some imagination of the real cost of reps. Decorated movement doesn't add 100$ to the price.
