I suggest you visit the trusted rep dealers section, read about the movements, do some homework to understand best wha you’re looking for and then choose one. You can also visit M2M sales for great findings.

Def 44mm case seems best to qualify.. closed back are easier to earn this... And quality of lume have improved...

Looked at 000, 005, 111, 112...
In the end since it's my first, I took a shot w 411 due to attractive price

I personally love the Pam 111 BUT the see through caseback kinda give off away its a rep even though the movement is same as gen but the jewel colours and other details . . . what do you and others think about it? i'm not new to rep world but im new to panerai XD

Oh haha :xd: i thought you were referring to me :shok: anyway i don't mind the jewel colors and i will be sending it to Marlin for upgrade, Marlin's mod really makes the PAM 111 look 99% Gen and i can skip the buying of gen PAM 111 and plan for other stuff.

Best Buy would be to get a 005 if you’re worried about being called out.

But you can also get a 111, enjoy it on your wrist and send it out for mods in the future. Nobody is going to ask you to take it off and look at the movement up close.

I got the 111 and going to send to Marlin soon~ as for the "Nobody is going to ask you to take it off" i've friends who will ask to view the watch and keep forcing me to take it off to show em, if i don't they will keep saying its fake LOL, i wore a Gen rolex they called it fake too, so i cant be bothered with them they're ignorant fools who don't know watch and don't appreciate watch, just purely trying to embarrass and bash people.

Save the 800 from the rep and buy gen and tell your friends it’s gen and know it is really a gen! Not a rep that u spent 800 on and are pretending it’s gen hoping they won’t call you out. Or there are some very nice gen watches you can buy for 800!

My friends are just asshat~ they're just salty haha! they can't even tell it's a gen or rep and they just randomly bash rofl~ well im fine with modding it no worries, i do have Gen watches Rolex and Omega but not Panerai, usually i will get a rep and try it if i really love the watch designs, i will go for the gen cheers. Fyi i'm not trying to pretend a rep as gen.

You have bad friends, get new ones. That should be obvious. As for the little details, nobody else in the world is going to look at your watch closely enough to call it out as a rep, and 99% of the world won't even recognize what it is supposed to be.
