There are 1001 Panerai models and a great reference guide stickied on the Panerai section with reviews of almost EVERY Pam you can think of, barring the more recent releases.
I was also looking at a super rep..
Def 44mm case seems best to qualify.. closed back are easier to earn this... And quality of lume have improved...
Looked at 000, 005, 111, 112...
In the end since it's my first, I took a shot w 411 due to attractive price

Choose what you can accept. Even if others say it's an accepted flaw, if you're too bothered by the color of the jewels or the position of the crown, then we won't be able to change your mind unless you accept the flaws. The only perfect superrep is the gen.
okok i understood, i wanna get a rep first then i decide to get the gen, i'm not saying i can't accept it im just sharing my opinion on that watch that's all. I've already purchased the PAM 111 noob v4 now awaiting QC pics
Oh that comment was directed at the OP, although I can see by mentioning the jewel colors you would have thought it was for you.
Best Buy would be to get a 005 if you’re worried about being called out.
But you can also get a 111, enjoy it on your wrist and send it out for mods in the future. Nobody is going to ask you to take it off and look at the movement up close.
No such beast mate but the 111 and 112 come damn close.Where can i find that perfect superrep ?
I understand your dilemma. If u have friends that bash u and accuse u of wearing a fake watch then probably spending the money on a rep and then another 400 asking a modder to improve it is a waste of money. Save the 800 from the rep and buy gen and tell your friends it’s gen and know it is really a gen! Not a rep that u spent 800 on and are pretending it’s gen hoping they won’t call you out. Or there are some very nice gen watches you can buy for 800!
