I have 111 and 113 and the straps are the biggest problem to me. They just feel kinda cheap.

Where can I find the exact color etc but better straps?

Theres a wee sticky in the PAM section, there's a strap for every pocket (<$40 to >$400). IMHO recent oem straps are nothing special, far too conservative and look like they were chosen by an accountant (no offense to bean counters meant). The first thing I did when I finally got a Gen was change the strap. If you want a rep strap with a panerai buckle Davidsen does the only one spoken about with any fondness in these parts. Though doesn't look like a gen.

A bob honey tan faux gator looks quite like oemish considering it's $35

if you want a custom made strap just for you, try contacting "Savage Here".

You can find his dealer section here on RWI. Send him a PM or E-Mail.

Here's some of his work.....and his prices are considerably cheap compared to other quality straps.

What's with the obsessing about gen straps? 90% of gen owners swap out their OEM straps for aftermarket ones, anyway.....

If you want very OEM-like aftermarket straps, go to tcstraps.com and look at the Giovanni e Figlio collection or the Mario Paci collection.

you said you have 111 and 113 right? so you want 24mm.

and since it's custom made, you can ask him for any size you wish for!

and that's the beauty of the custom made strap just for you!

LOL...agreed!
I suspect questions like these are from noobs and their only concern is not being called out....except for the
fact its not the strap that will be the tell in the PAM reps...so many other things to be concerned about in terms of that....
personally...a high quality aftermarket is the way to go if that is the main concern

I have both custom straps and OEM Panerai straps in my drawer. The OEM straps are conservative but they are beautifully crafted. My avatar is a 111F with an OEM Antique Brown Crocodile strap. I think the OEM Panerai croc and gator straps are better than aftermarket croc and gator straps I have seen for fit and finish.

If you want to have your rep look more like a gen once in a while, put a gen strap on it. They are often available on the Paneristi site in nice used condition. The OEM Panerai rubber straps are also much better than any of the rubber rep straps I have seen. Smoother and denser than the rep straps.
