Where can I buy panerai Rep dials?

Hi to everyone, I have a Parnis "marina militare"; I'm quite happy with the case also due to the fact that is well waterproof... But the dial is quiet poor: plastic looking, poor alien green lume etc...
do someone know where can I find rep panerai dials for the 6497?
