Where can I buy large replacement crystals?

Because it ain't Cousins or Ofrei.

All I want is flat sapphire to replace my IWC Jones and a B&R BR01-92.

they only have crystals that go up to about 33mm

Any other ideas?

Great news, thanks - they'll be sapphire and as soon as I pop the crystals out i'll get them digitally measured and get back to you.
