I know I've read it here before. I shipped a PAM 111 to a buyer here and he is having trouble getting it going.

just keep winding it. sometimes it takes a few winds before the movement begins.

OR sometimes it's the opposite. Gets overwound and blocks. Solution to that is to let the watch rest untouched for sometimes... if you're lucky. A smack or two might help, too...

In a Causal Loop
Slap it in the palm of your hand....crystal side down. Soemtimes they get stuck and need a little help.


I have also had success by slamming one on the watch bench in anger......not the recommended method though. :)

If it's one of the new Hfactory reps it might be wise to open the back and make sure the regulator screw hasn't gotten loose.
