My wife likes my 3646 replica. It's very much up her alley. She's had terrible vision since childhood, so she loves the simple Radiomir sandwich dial. And she's always had a fondness for "chunky" accessories. So, Panerai style is perfect.
Is there such a thing as a plain sandwich dial 40mm Panerai replica or homage?

hey afire! yeah, i am the one selling the 40mm homage. honestly, it is a beautiful watch, very well made, it's just not for my friend. if you are worried about wrist size, it can fit even a 6" :) everything brand new as well. if you are interested let me know!

I'm not sure how handy you are, or how inclined to build her a homage/rep... but if you chose to build one yourself, you can get into much nicer pieces.
I'm definitely handy enough to assemble a watch. Is there a source for parts you can point to?

Hey afire if you are planning to build your own, let me tell you, it is a long road ahead. A lot of the parts of mine i had to source myself to send off to get built with other parts. 40mm PAM parts are NOT easy to find, there are a lot of people trying to buy a nice rep/homage but not many people selling. If you want to build your own, just keep an eye out on the parts/accessories section, they do not come around often.

If you do want to buy mine, trust me, it will save you a lot of time, hassle and money. I'm actually losing money selling mine at that price.

I hear you. I just know that's not what she's after. The simplicity of the sterile dial non-sub-sec 3646 Radiomir is what she likes, so that's what I'm aiming for, just smaller. It looks like there are 42mm Radiomirs, and that's small enough. I just need the right plain dial and a watchmaker to clip the staff of the second wheel.
