whats the recommended recessed pin fix...

I have a nicely modded asian 6497 Pam005 modded w/ palp crown, SL dial, modded DSN crown guard, DSN AR sapphire crystal. But, it has a little case of recessed pin.
What's the current popular fix for this, capped hands, new cannon pinion, or something else?
