what's the difference between these 2 inserts?

looking for a good bezel insert and it seems that wholesaleoutlet990 has the best ones on the bay.
Looking at the items on sale i can see 2 for my UPO 45.5 and there is a tenner of difference in the price.
Any idea why? maybe the list price in different currencies?

+3 but i think if you get the cheaper one you would end up with a misaligned pearl or something like that, that doesnt mean that the expensive one would be better...
