I'm sure someone will post some pics for you. But what it is is the regulator on the swiss manual wind movement that comes in Pam 111h's for example. I believe someone asked this in the flame free zone just a few days ago. Pretty good explanation there as I remember. But you are not alone with that question. But you stepped up to ask it!!!! Way to go!!!!

Well...it is very easy to identify them...I want to post the pictures of it ..but I think there are a lot of around here ...I donno what they function for...but with the swan neck..your reps looks like the GEN ...

it is a a piece of steel metal ...almost wrapping your ticking movement... I donno how to explain..
