yes the only difference is the movement. Ale has already mentioned it so many times before that "LITE" just means the cheaper seagull movement, which is arguably more reliable than the standard 7750 movement

My TD has been reluctant to sell me one. I'm not particularly fussy but like the markers to be kinda straight. They sent me the best one they could find and said if I'm not happy send it back. Kinda strange since they usually send me QCs. But yeah, long story short -- marker straightness seems to be a problem. Not sure if it's the same case with the a7750.

I would have to politely disagree. Based on construction alone, the seagull is inferior and lower beat.
