Hey there, curious what people recommend for silicone grease for a 5513 watch case back?

You can use any 100% Silicone grease. You only need a thin film on the gasket so it doesn't pinch or roll when screwing down the back. Silicone is used because it doesn't harm the rubber like a petroleum-based lubricant would.

I like Seiko TSF-451. A few ounces will last you a decade or more.

Thanks Kush, do you lube the locking threads too?
