What to do? Package got intercepted by custom...

After a week waiting "Held by customs" it said in the shipping details, I got the following message from the swiss postal office in my mailbox:

Good day, in order to process your shipment EW00XXXX377MY (Patek Phillipe watch, PMK 1378, MY) further, we need additional information from you. We ask you to provide us with the effective value of the goods, the supplier's invoice, payment receipts or the purchase confirmation via our online form: www.post.ch/valuedeclaration. Enter your personal code there: 1EE0-XXXX-01F52. If you send us your information within three days, this value declaration is free of charge for you. Afterwards, a fee of 20 francs will be charged if the shipment is subject to customs duties. Best regards, Your Post

I emailed you and the answer was: "we only have this. You can try to make customs clearance." i think its a very high risk to get a very big fine if I try to declare it with the document you sent me... what are pros thinking? @Winni1611 @P..DR..D

I dont want to incriminate myself. I think if I am getting in contact with the post office I will do exactly that. Especially the part maybe you can get it if you pay for the tax... paying the real tax on a 45k watch... which is a fake... seams kind a stupid to me.

Thats what I thought aswell... but so far they are being kind of complicated... no they texted me:

only you can make customs clearance with them. If they seize the package, please get the customs letter and send to us. Then we can reship it to you.

Everyone here says I should not do anything! Why is Puretime saying I should send them their Fake Papers? I think this would get me in serious troubles!

It's because sometimes the package will be delivered even if the status says " held in customs". From the past, we always require the official customs letter before reshipping the order. If you can provide that, we will start to reorder new ones immediately. If you can not provide it, we can reship the order but only when it's still says " held in customs" after at least two weeks.

Like I said I got the message from Swiss Post. Which I will ignore. I will definitely NOT do anything with Swiss Post in combination with this package! And after this I also will refuse the package, even if it would make it thru customs somehow. Because they clearly state that they know what it is. I don't want to incriminate myself!
