What the hell is this?

I have been looking at pics on Ofrei and here and Google. I am not good at spotting the differences in movements. I have seen none that have this other wheel above the balance. Can someone identify this please.? It is in my 1655 Steve McQueen. The keyless are hamburger I think.

Looks like a cheapie 21j based on the lack of rotor barings, stem release button, and the plastic movement holder.

It has a stem release. Very hard to see. The keyless is all ground up I think. I need something with a 24 hr hand for my Steve McQueen. None of the 21j I see on Ofrei look like this. The only one with a 24 hr hand I found is dg3804b and it looks nothing like this.
I need some help. Really love this cheapy.
Trying to figure it out so I can keep these hands.

Somebody help a newb.

yes its the cheapest of cheap 21j, the purple cog and blue rotor screw gives it away. i wouldnt mind knowing the origin of this movement, ive had a few fail so i wanna avoid them
