What size NATO for Silix $30 PO?

Can anyone tell me what size NATO will fit the Silix $30 PO 45mm?

I don't have that specific case but 42mm PO is 20mm and UPO is 22mm.

I got this from silix about a month ago along with the seadweller. The both have the same size strap.

I have one (Silix $29 special) here that belongs to a friend. I just measured it with calipers and it's 20mm between the lugs.

Yes. It's actually here because the bracelet came off.

I should point out that the $29 Silix PO is 45mm, but has 20mm lugs. Definitely not an accurate case.
