What PAM models in 40mm?

After some reading in this forum I was first pretty sure that my first rep would be something like a Rolex Submariner noob V5. But that is changing now towards a PAM. I did my homework for the Rolex, but I'm pretty blank on the Panerai. My wishes are:

• Not larger than 40 mm
• Super luminova
• No chronograph
• Reliable movement
• Perhaps a good working GMT

What models and makes are recommended, what is the killer combination for this on a budget for somethinh between $300 and $400?
