What PAM model is this? Looks like a cross between 1389 and 683 but it's neither

Hey everyone,

Saw this image on the web:

It has the elongated hour markers of the PAM1389, but lacks the blue printing on the dial. The dial looks like a PAM683, but that model has round markers. So which model is this exactly? I've never seen it before!

PAM 683 has circular hour markers, not elongated ones. I can't find any reference or picture that shows PAM 683 with long hour marks like the ones on the 1389.

It's a fantasy rep as far as I can tell. It does not exist in gen. It has a PAM683 base dial with the blue hand, the elongated hour markers and the Amagnetic text of the PAM1389. Where did the picture come from exactly?
