What Pam is wearing RAMBO?

Just finish to watch the last Rambo on my TV, and Sly is wearing a Pam I've never seen before. It look like a luminor base (112) with a marina militare dial and PVD coating.
I put the movie on pause and took a picture, not so quite good in quality, I did my best.

It is a older vintage model that belongs to him.

It is a Panerai 5218 202/A. A pre-Vendome model that was discontinued when Richemont bought Panerai.

Currently the only dealer offering a 202/A is Davidsen, I believe.

Easily one of my favorite watches Panerai ever turned out. In fact, if i could pick any gen PAM to own, the 202/A might be it.
