Those of us who hang out mostly in the Panerai section likely have a few other brands in their collection as well. I thought I'd start a thread for us to be able to see other watch brands and models that we may not be familiar with and add a little variety to the Panerai section.

Post a picture or two along with a brief description of the watch so that those not familiar can understand what they are viewing.

I started buying replica AP's when I first got into the rep hobby because I always thought they were fun but knew I'd never be serious enough about them to pay ~$30-50k for a gen.

This one is a Royal Oak Offshore Sincere Tantalum - 42mm on a genuine AP grey hornback gator strap. It was a special edition of 100 pieces that was released exclusively by Angus at Puretime in 2017 and made by JFactory. The bezel and plots on the gen were made of Tantalum, though on the rep they are titanium for obvious cost reasons. Unfortunately this model suffered from a manufacturing defect that caused the lume 'varnish' on the dial indices to melt onto the dial causing brown stains. I believe hot humid climates were the main catalysts so it's pretty rare to see them with perfectly clean dials - luckily both of mine have lived in cocoons since new!

This one was also modded to make it more gen like with a 2x AR xtal, shaved hand bases, tachy ring, re-lumed hands and thinned caseback to bring it closer to gen thickness.

I'd like to add to this thread.. but I can't.. I only have Pams in the stable... was briefly tempted to get hold of an AP, Patek and an Omega but instead ordered 6 straps from Oleg :-D

These calculator watches fascinated me when I was a kid - don't know why because I always hated maths!

Tudor Black Bay Heritage Bronze with the grey dial. This one is developing a beautiful natural patina and at 43mm feels quite similar on the wrist as a titanium 44mm PAM.

The stock strap width is 22mm, though a 24mm fits with a slight pinch - this one is a really nice Dr. Phil with bronze knife edge buckle.

Very nice. I've seen several vintage Rolex/Tudor builds and noticed many are missing the pearl from the bezel insert. Is this something that is done intentionally to enhance the vintage look?
