Hi I am a noob too and from what I understand ZF is a good maker but what are the best movements? Do they all loose less that 6 secs a day?

How much they loose or gain per day depends on how good they are regulated.
6 sec plus or minus is a value you will not find frequently but is possible to achieve on an Eta 2824/2836 clone movement
generally, those Eta clones are recommended since they have proven to be reliabel and easy to repair if needed
once you have a more specific watch in mind you should ask again
