That's an SH3135 but I wouldn't replace it with the same. Those are inferior movements to the great VR3135. Purists will gravitate toward the VS3135 but unless you are going to install gen parts, the VR3135 is top notch also, and is less expensive.

They are quite affordable now, I just ordered a bunch from my favorite Ali Express vendor OULIGUAN

Yes dial feet holes are at 13 and 37 minutes on both movements.
