What model is this?

Saw this lovely RM, I'm presuming its a 052 because of the skull. But I had a look on a few TD sites and couldn't find this one with the silver casing and what looks like a gold skull.

Can anyone also confirm if this is a rep or not?

the retail is 520K also is a limited edition ... this would eventually be ''easy'' to rep fith a fake Tourbillon plate as chinese tourbillon are to big but than pull off a 520K watch i think if you can make it than you can buy then gen ! but i would love to see a 1:1 RM , as for now the 038 and soon to arrive 035 would be the best !
