That's a low quality replica of a PVD'ed PAM127.

The lever tip is on the bottom, the PAM 375 has the lever at the top. Since I can make out the faint REG. text on the CG, then it's not simply reversed. The dial isn't clear whether it's black (127) or brown (375) but if it were brown then it might be a 375 with a PVDed 127 CG, although that would be strange since it would make it a fantasy rep.
