What is this movement? Worth anything?

Someone gave me this movement along with most of the parts to a very cheap submariner many moons ago (close to 10 years) and it seems to keep great time and its very smooth - dare I say smoother than my T4D SOSF? :?

What is this? Should I keep it around for anything? Is it just garbage?

Is that an older Seagull movement? Heck if it's almost 10 years old and still keeping good time I would keep it.

They are supposed to be some of the best Chinese movements made.
