What is the difference from an "H" Series Ultimate and a "K" Series Ultimate?

I'm getting ready to buy a Pam from Lay@Replicamake and can't figure out what the difference is. I've been reading on this site for well over a month and my head just might explode with information.

I just want to make sure I get the best one available.

id get the k series 251k 7753 as this has correct panerai logo in between the engraving STEEL and the FISH on the case back i had the 236 7753 was so so impressed but was missing the panerai logo again in between engraving STEEL and the FISH see picture sorry for rubbish picture

i think the, I series 236 does not have the logo but im sure the k series does maybe someone else can comment

this j series genuine 236 has the logo

Just bought the 251K from Replicamake, so hopefully I will bet it in the next few weeks.

either way i would not worry as these are as they say ultimate out the box panerai i doubt you would be disapointed

there are several small differences between things on every series.
movements, cases, cgs, etc.

for this particular comparison, the two major differences you will find are:

different casebacks
different cases
^meaning, the K series case has a quick release lug bar feature built into the case.
the H series does not. so how the strap/bracelet attaches to the case and how
you go about changing out the bracelet/strap is different. I think the K series quick
release feature is pretty neat myself.
