what is dsn's best rep?

as in closest to the real thing. If I were buying a real one I'd favor the 104 or a chronograph but I'm leaning toward getting his 112 because I feel like it will be closer to the gen out of the box. What do you guys think? Thanks in advance

I have 2 dsn`s PAM.

I would go for a non chrono, sandwich dial, SS case, and no second hand.

If you get a logo dial, I think they are awesome.

Put a good brown leather strap, or a Python one, and you are with a very good rep.

I would recommend that you get the watch you like best. They are all reps. And no one else will ever know, because so few people know the Panerai brand, and those that do have seen so few that they do not know the subtle differences. The members here can talk at length about the inaccuracies but I have never had a single comment on a Pam rep, good or bad, except someone once said that it was a very big watch.

Having said that, the 177H is my favorite DSN watch.

I assume you emailed him rather than PM. He is normally quick to respond to emails so I assume he has other business to deal with.

One of the great things about a PAM is finding the right strap. Personally I like 'Gunny' (see his listings). His straps are super soft. If you have a particular request just ask him; they are all custom made.

First welcome to the forum! Your gonna learn a lot here. DSN is the man for pams IMO

I have several from him, always a quality product. Which one? the choice is yours.

Check his blog I've never been disappointed. Always remember Patience is the rule.
