Could someone please educate me about what, exactly, a Vietnam case is? I don't know if there are multiple types, but I'm interested to learn about the ones used for Tudor reps.

These are a couple of thread you may read about that question. Basically are extremely good and often vintage rolex rep case. Vietnam factories are famous for that stuff. Very expensive.

You can try MQ, Phong, Kuared, or Rubys.
Forgive me, I'm new here. Where does one find these sources? I've searched for Ruby and have learned she's no longer with us and her site has been shut down.

This entire topic drive me nusts and now th the previous stubby CG 5513 case, while not having gen crown height, was genuine construction unlike the current JFK 5513 which they fixed the stubby CG's but dropped the gen construction in favor of a wire retaining ring. I used to be a CNC machinis back in the 80's and which I had access to them now. I'd spend days trying to write code to mill the perfect 5512/5513 case. I just don;t get why even at $500, even though they are gen construction, the Vietnam cases are off. Even Milk is so close to perfection and just needs to go that extra mile. And yes I already hear the rebutals like us vitage guys are the minority and most builder focus on the modern Rolex's but doesn't any case maker have the strive for perfection like TC did? Man I'd love to see him come back and focus on vintage.
