From Marlin means he provides the watch... basically it is a watch he has in stock, mods, and then sends it to you as a complete package deal... Modded by Marlin means you send in your watch and he makes the modifications to it and sends it back.

Noob is simply a designation for the factory that manufactures the watch. I am sure you could send in, say, a dsn to be modded by Marlin but as far as I know, when they were in stock, Marlin was only selling completely modded Noob 127's as complete packages.

The way it looks no more 127's by noob and Marlin is out of game for a while lets hope not permanent?
