What happened to all 44mm titanium Panerai models?

I've been asking around various TD's to see if they have any of the 44mm titanium Panerai models available (ie. PAM 351, 564, 177, etc.), but they've all came back with either they are out of stock or discontinued. Even looking for the homage versions in titanium seems impossible as they don't exists anymore or they are out of stock. I remember when there were plenty of them around. All I see are the 47mm models in titanium.

Anyone have any idea if they will ever go into production again or are they extinct? Or is there any TD's with some still in stock?

(P.S. Also looking to buy if anyone has any laying around they are willing to sell.)

Thanks for this post, sisfall! I have asked myself the exact same question many times. To me, Pam´s with their industrial looks are fantastic in titanium...

Right? It does look like they'll be extinct for a while until a factory decides to make some older models or new models in titanium come out. We'll have to see!

A rare case, but the hope almost came true with the new release 1662. It's not 177 or 351, but nonetheless.

Speak of the devil, the new 1662 just came out, definitely tempting.

Like you said, not the classic Ti models like the 177 or 351 but it's a 44mm PAM in a titanium case finally.

I just picked up a PAM351 on M2M sales today. Can't wait to see it in person when it arrives.

I am on the hunt for a Ti panerai model too. And hoping HWF up their game for when they get to the Ti models.
